We've all eaten something regrettable at a keyboard. Lambda's kitchen exists to prevent exactly that. Every item we serve is made from ingredients you'd recognise — prepared by cooks who care about the output in the same way a good engineer cares about what ships.
We don't do complicated for the sake of it. The menu stays focused and rotates seasonally so that what we make, we make well. Allergen information is clear and complete because that matters. Portion sizes are honest — enough to sustain you through an afternoon, not so much that you need a nap.
